Job Description

As a Compensation Manager for Signature Healthcare, you will serve as the compensation business partner for multiple groups within the organization. You will also partner with the company's Human Resource Business Partners to design, develop, implement, and maintain compensation programs and policies. Position Responsibilities and Experience: Acts as consultant/business partner to client organizations by providing advice and counsel on compensation programs and practices in support of the objectives and operation of the business. Project manage annual compensation programs (market pricing, focal, tools etc). Develop and implements policy, process, structure, guidelines, and programs for organization wide compensation. Conducts compensation surveys and market analyses for client groups to determine compensation trends and recommendations to support employee engagement and retention strategies. Ensures compensation programs, practices, and policies comply with local, state and federal laws Develops and implements organization wide compensation communication and education strategies. Builds and maintains compensation infrastructure: job codes; job families; job family descriptions; guidelines for new hire, transfers, and promotions; integrity of system of record; and records of practices and procedures. Detailed knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, procedures, and techniques. At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in compensation administration with healthcare background a plus. Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred.
