Job Description

Children's Hospital Physicians Organization is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist II (Claims Analyst) to support the Epic Resolute Professional Billing System used by their Physician Practices (Foundations). This position is responsible for on-going enhancements and end-user support of the claims process, including system edits, processing, testing of electronic claims submission and remittance processing. This individual will leverage their expertise and knowledge of the regulatory and payer requirements for submitting and processing paper and electronic claims. They should also be detail oriented and thorough in their approach to analyzing intricate claims requirements and specifications. Candidate must have strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with process owners and users in gathering requirements, creating specs, system design, and application design.
