Job Title:Clinical Dietitian
Summary:The Clinical Dietitian provides nutritional expertise to medical and clinical staff, patients and families. Strives to improve patient outcomes and decrease hospital cost and length of stay by adhering to medical nutrition therapy protocols and providing nutritional education to patients, family members and staff. Relies on some experience and judgment to complete job. Works under general supervision.

Special Skills:Computer Skills, Customer Service Skills, Working Knowledge of Nutritional Care Process
Licensure/Certification:Current Louisiana State License or Provisional License Dietitian/Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible through the Commission of Dietetic Registration. Louisiana State License within 6 months of accepting position
