Ability to direct and implement facility educational programs. Direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care. Mkae daily resident rounds with a formal report. Review reports of timely completion of resident MDS assessments. Review residents admitted. Analyze QA reports. Participate in patient care plan conferences. Infection control procedures relating to nursing services. Perform other related duties as directed by Director of Nursing.
Qualifications
Current Louisiana license as a registerd nurse. Prefer supervisory experience as well as geriatric or rehab nursing. Must possess leadership ability and willingness to cooperate with other departments.
