Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day management, operation and accountability for business functions of Facilities Management. Oversees Facilities Buyers. Collects rent from tenants of GHS properties, reviews leases and ensures all parties follow terms. Makes decisions, within guidelines, that could seriously affect the division, department and/or GHS Systems financial and performance objectives and strategic results. Assists in the development of and monitors the budget for area. Direct reports may include supervisors, and/or staff employees including responsibility for performance reviews, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations. Performs duties for the age population served, as defined in the departments scope of service.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSAccounting experience or other comparable financial work experience. 1 year experience in healthcare environment preferred. Prior management experience preferred.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSCollege degree strongly preferred, Accounting or Finance degree desirable.
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSStrong computer skills.
