Responsible for stocking of paperwork, equipment, and supplies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, under the director of the NICU charge nurse and/or Director. Assists with clerical admission process for new admits. Maintains overall organized and clean unit appearance. Answers telephone and communicates appropriately with parents, other departments, etc.
A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certification from approved Nursing Assistant program preferred, or at least second year nursing studentB. Education: High School graduate, minimalC. Experience: Hospital nursing assistant experience preferredD. Special Qualifications: CPR (within 3 months of employment)
