Rapides Regional Medical Center will continue to maintain its place as the leader in healthcare for central Louisiana. The hospital is currently completed a $50 million expansion which included a new four story building housing a state-of-the-art Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit as well as two additional patient floors with 72 new beds.
